The purchase was quick and seamless, the delivery was on time and very well tracked, and I must say the ring is truly beautiful. I had a similar model from a well-known costume jewelry chain, and there is absolutely no comparison in terms of quality. I am very pleased with the purchase, which was delivered yesterday afternoon. My wife wears her first one every day (and the others very often), and it's as good as new without having been cleaned (ditto the others). The packaging is beautiful, professional, and detailed, and the warranty/expertise is excellent. Shipping was incredibly fast. I also had the opportunity to interact with customer service: incredibly fast, practically in real time. I shouldn't say this, but even if they doubled or tripled the prices, the quality/price ratio would still be exceptional.
